چکیده
This paper generalizes the simple two-city work-from-home model of Brueckner et al. (2022) by adding a group non-remote workers, who must live in city where they work. The results show that main qualitative conclusions BKL regarding intercity effects WFH are unaffected this modification, with yielding same aggregate population and employment changes two cities house-price wage as simpler model. Even though same, relocation workers is opposite direction to remote which matches BKL. These useful because establish robustness BKL’s highly parsimonious also contains material surveying other theoretical research on well empirical work area, including findings support their

Real-Time, Remote, Home Based, Non-invasive, Elder Monitoring System
Real-time monitoring of the physical condition of the elderly people has become mandatory nowadays. The reason for rise in demand of aging services is due to the rise of the elderly population. We need precise, fast and effective transmission of information about their health condition to the concerned. Also there lies a need to transmit more parameters and more data for the convenience and eff...

We discuss the concept of ultrasound imaging at a distance by presenting the evaluation of a customized, lightweight, human-safe robotic arm for low-force, long-distance, telerobotic ultrasonography. We undertook intercity and trans-Atlantic telerobotic ultrasound simulation from master stations located in New York, New York and Munich, Germany, and imaged a phantom and a human volunteer locate...
متن کاملParameter Impacts on Hyperspectral Remote Sensing System
The design and use of hyperspectral imaging remote sensing systems involve the selection of a large number of parameters in particular due to the richness of the data. Many of these parameters interrelate in their effect on system performance. The tasks of optimizing parameter values that one has control over and understanding the impact of those that are uncontrollable are important in system ...
